What are these masks made from? Three layers mask - Out layer poly spandex 240gsm, Middle layer filter cotton, and inner layer poly spandex 200gsm
Are these medical masks? This product is not a medical device or personal protective equipment and is not a substitute for following the relevant social-distancing guidelines, which include practising good personal hygiene, such as frequently washing your hands and not touching your face. Blood Cancer UK makes no claims about the medical benefits of using this product.
Do you have any advice on mask wearing? We recommend you consult World Health Organisation guidance on how to wear and remove a non-medical fabric mask safely.
Can I return a mask for a refund? We hope you are happy with your mask. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns, but please contact our customer service team at hello@bloodcancer.org.uk who will be able to assist you.
